Matching Clothing with Jewellery Part 2

Good morning, my esteemed readers, as promised today I will be completing my article on helping you to choose the best Jewellery for your costumes. I will continue from where i left yesterday. Jewelry to complex outfits. A complex outfit may include:
  • flashy, sparkly material or sequins
  • clothing already adorned with gems or beads
  • multiple layers of clothing, scarves, and shawls
  • bright, bold colors
  • many different colors in one outfit
A complex outfit often warrants a simple piece of jewelry, but this is not necessarily the case. For an outfit with multiple colors, you may want to choose earrings and/or a necklace with gemstones matching just one color, in order to complement that color. The color you match with a bold gemstone will become the central color of the outfit.

Matching clothing with Jewellery - Part 1

I thank God for allowing me to see this wonderful day. He is the epitome of my life. I give him all the glory this morning. I am feeling excited this morning as I am going to share with you tit bits about one of my latest fashion crazy...i call it fashion crazy because since i developed a passion for it I have never rested, i have learning all there is about this new hobby should i call it.

I have a Jewellery line which i started a year ago christened 'Pattie's Jewellery'. I ventured into this business as i felt African costumes were not well complimeneted with Modern Eurocentric jewellery which is mostly machine crafted and does not suit the intricate details of the Africa fabric.

It was after a thorough search i discovered there was a discipline called hand crafted Jewellery. The moment i saw the end products i fell inlove with it. Thus 'Pattie's Jewellery' was born. That is it about PATTIE"S JEWELLERY.

Now when it comes to matching jewelry with your wardrobe, there are a number of factors to consider, it may sound easy, but believe me its not that simple. Just a few of the aspects to consider include:
  • Your personal clothing style and favorite colors to wear.
  • The range of gems, metals, and jewelry styles you already own.
  • Your skin tone, hair and eye color, and hair style.
  • How many pieces of jewelry you wear at once.
